Terms and Conditions
As a trusted partner of Caball Therapy Systems (CTS), it is essential that you are fully informed of our policies regarding the sale, warranty, and service of our products. These terms are intended to ensure smooth and transparent business transactions, which are crucial for maintaining the high level of service and quality expected by both you and your customers.
Terms and Conditions for CTS Resellers (International)
1. Order Processing
1.1 Orders placed on the reseller platform webshop will be shipped from the CTS warehouse within 1-4 days after payment is received, provided the items are in stock or otherwise specified.
1.2 If offline payment is selected, a €5 invoice fee will be applied.
1.3 Goods will only be reserved and dispatched after receipt of payment or proof of payment sent to: order@caball.biz.
2. Warranty
2.1 We warrant that upon delivery and for a period of twenty-four months from the date of delivery, goods purchased hereunder will conform in all material respects to the applicable manufacturer’s specifications for such goods and will be free from material defects in workmanship, material, and design under normal use.
2.2 The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligent handling, lack of reasonable maintenance and care, accidents, or abuse by anyone other than us. Warranty terms may vary by product. Please refer to the product page or PIP for more information.
2.3 For warranty claims, the Service and Repair Application on the website must be filled out by you as a CTS reseller, including a valid CTS order or invoice number and all required fields. Claims will not be approved without this information. Warranty claims for retail customers will not be automatically accepted.
2.4 The estimated processing time for warranty claims is 2-4 weeks.
2.5 Our agreements are governed by the “Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.”
2.6 If a warranty claim is approved, the reseller will have the option to send the approved item to the CTS service department. The reseller is responsible for arranging transportation and ensuring correct customs registration. If the return shipping is from outside the EU and not correctly documented, and CTS is required to pay VAT/tariffs, these costs will be applied to the reseller's next order. Such expenses will be deducted or added to the next order.
3. Privacy Policy
3.1 We process your personal data in accordance with applicable law.
4. General Terms and Conditions of Sale
4.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTCS”) apply to all sales of goods by us, notwithstanding any conflicting, contrary, or additional terms and conditions in any purchase order or other communication from you. No such conflicting, contrary, or additional terms and conditions shall be deemed accepted by us unless and until we expressly confirm our acceptance in writing.
4.2 We reserve the right to change these GTCS at any time. We will give you thirty calendar days’ notice of any changes by posting notice on our website.
